The experienced architects of our company meticulously designed each home at "Doors Saguramo."

Their primary goal was to create residences that seamlessly blend modern design, practicality, and quality. Additionally, it was essential that each house harmoniously integrate with the existing development of the area and directly complement the neighborhood concept.

When designing a home, the interior layout is just as important as the exterior, ensuring it's optimally tailored to the resident's needs while remaining comfortable for everyday use.

Despite the variety of house designs, each home features a spacious living room and kitchen, more than three bedrooms, a home office, master bedroom, covered verandas, and a storage room.

The houses are constructed using 30-centimeter energy-efficient pumice blocks, which provide ideal thermal and acoustic insulation. The facade is then covered with insulation materials and finished with decorative tiles.

The exterior visual design features Belgian black brick tiles and wooden panel facade textures, beautifully complemented by "Alutech" black stained glass windows and glass profiles that enhance the overall exterior appearance.
